我们使用CSB-E11987r大鼠TNF-α ELISA试剂盒来测量正常大鼠血清/血浆样本。具有严重炎症的模型甚至可以达到数百pg/ml的水平。结果会因样品不同条件和不同生物模型而异。至于您上述提到的诱导模型，我们对样品条件不太确定。具体以客户实测为准。 至于您关于体重损失的问题，通常取决于您自己的实验目的或目标的选择。如果您只想测试TNF-α，那么仅使用TNF-α elisa kit检测就可以了。
