CUSABIO generates the IFI44L antibody through the immunization of rabbits with the recombinant human IFI44L protein (206-307AA) and subsequent protein G-purification from rabbit antiserum. It is available as an unconjugated IgG. Its purity is greater than 95%. It shows reactivity with human and mouse IFI44L protein, which has been identified as a novel tumor suppressor to affect cancer stemness, metastasis, and drug resistance via regulating Met/Src signaling pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and can serve as an important prognostic marker. This anti-IFI44L antibody has been validated for use in ELISB, IF, and WB applications.
