以下是组织样本的样品制备方法：100mg的组织，在1X PBS中冲洗，加入1ml的1X PBS中裂解，过夜在-20°C保存。进行两个冻融循环以破坏细胞膜，将匀浆在2-8°C下进行5000×g离心5分钟，取上清液并立即检测。或者，将样品分装后在-20°C或-80°C保存。在进行试验前再次解冻后，再次离心样品。避免重复冻融循环。
按照上述方法处理后，请务必进行梯度预实验。
