产品描述:小鼠雌二醇(E2)酶联免疫试剂盒(CSB-E05109m)为竞争法ELISA试剂盒,定量检测血清、血浆样本中的E2含量。雌二醇(E2)是小鼠体内重要的雌激素,负责调节女性特征、附属性器官成熟和月经-排卵周期,促进乳腺导管系统产生。研究显示,E2在促进小鼠肺腺癌进展中起关键作用,其机制可能与E2受体ERβ信号通路相关,而IL-6可能通过下调ERβ信号通路抑制E2促进肺腺癌进展。试剂盒检测范围为50 pg/ml-1200 pg/ml,灵敏度为40 pg/ml。适用于基础科研场景,例如探究生殖周期中激素动态变化、评估药物或环境因素对内分泌系统的影响,或用于代谢性疾病模型中激素水平与病理进程的关联性分析本品仅用于科研,不用于临床诊断,产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
