CUSABIO试剂盒采用双抗体夹心法原理,专为定量检测小鼠血清、血浆、细胞培养上清、组织匀浆及细胞裂解液中的胰岛素(INS)而设计,检测灵敏度达15.6 nIU/mL,线性范围为15.6-1000 nIU/mL,可在3.5小时内完成检测流程。INS作为调节葡萄糖代谢的核心激素,其水平检测对研究糖尿病、肥胖症及相关代谢疾病机制具有重要意义。该产品适用于科研场景中评估胰岛β细胞功能、分析胰岛素分泌调控机制或筛选影响糖代谢的化合物,例如在建立糖尿病动物模型后监测胰岛素动态变化,或通过体外细胞实验探究药物对胰岛素合成与释放的影响。试剂盒包含预包被特异性抗体的96孔板、标准品、检测抗体及显色系统,支持多样本类型的高通量分析,实验操作兼容常规酶标仪检测,为代谢研究、药物开发及生理机制探索提供稳定可靠的数据支持。
