To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse IL-18BP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

产品评价：我用CSB-E17797m检测正常小鼠和造模狼疮小鼠的血清，未稀释样品进行检测。标准品OD450值最高为1.99，最低为0.02，标准曲线R平方大于0.99。小鼠血清OD450值范围约为0.3-1.3左右, 对应浓度为1.5-7ng/mL, 符合我的预期浓度范围。
