Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

产品描述:CUSABIO's product CSB-MP004953HU is a recombinant human T-cell antigen CD7. It is produced by the expression of the DNA fragment corresponding to 26-180 AA of the human CD7 protein in mammalian cells. This CD7 protein is fused with a hFc-Myc-tag at the C-terminus. It has been validated to be active through the functional ELISA (bind to the SECTM1, EC50 is 1.236-1.773 ng/ml) and LSPR assay (bind to human SECTM1 protein with an affinity constant of 1.84 nM).
