Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

The ACE2 protein CSB-MP684964PAL is a recombinant Paguma larvata ACE2 produced in mammalian cells, with a C-terminal hFc-tag. Its expression region corresponds to amino acids 18-740 of the Paguma larvata ACE2 protein. This recombinant ACE2 protein is biologically active, low in endotoxin (less than 1.0 EU/µg protein, determined by the LAL method), and high in purity (greater than 94.8%, SDS-PAGE). In the functional ELISA, SARS-CoV-2 S-RBD can bind to this ACE2 protein binds to the anti-ACE2 antibody with an EC50 constant of 5.056-7.559 ng/ml.
