    • IHC image of CSB-PA005123LA01HU diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human brain tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

    CUSABIO uses the peptide corresponding to amino acids 354-445 of the recombinant CDS2 to immunized rabbits to generate the anti-CDS2 antibody. This CDS2 polyclonal antibody occurs as an unconjugated IgG. It is only reactive with human CDS2 protein, a metabolic enzyme that controls phosphoinositide recycling and switches the output of VEGFA signaling from promoting angiogenesis to unexpectedly inducing vessel regression. Its purity is greater than 95% using protein G purified. And it has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications.

    Catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidic acid (PA) to CDP-diacylglycerol (CDP-DAG), an essential intermediate in the synthesis of phosphatidylglycerol, cardiolipin and phosphatidylinositol.
