CD20单克隆抗体（克隆号L26）是采用杂交瘤技术制备的小鼠源高特异性免疫试剂，靶向B细胞表面跨膜蛋白CD20的线性表位，适用于石蜡切片免疫组化（IHC-P）、冰冻切片（IHC-Fr）及Western Blot等多种实验体系。该抗体经Protein G亲和层析纯化，纯度>95%，以1mg/mL浓度溶于PBS缓冲液（含0.09%叠氮化钠），4℃短期储存建议配合稳定剂使用，长期保存需置于-20℃环境。经多批次验证，其对人源及大鼠样本具有特异性结合能力，在淋巴瘤病理机制研究、B细胞发育分化追踪、免疫微环境分析等科研领域展现优异性能，尤其适用于白血病模型构建与免疫调控网络解析。本产品经过严格的质量控制，批间一致性稳定，为肿瘤免疫学、血液病学等基础研究提供可靠工具，满足免疫荧光双标、多重染色等复杂实验需求，是探索B细胞相关疾病分子机制的优选试剂。
