CACNA1S
CACNA1S,即钙电压门控通道亚基α1 S,别名CACNL1A3、Cav1.1、HOKPP、hypoPP、MHS5等。CACNA1S基因位于人类1号染色体上,编码L型电压依赖性钙通道的α1亚基,这个通道在骨骼肌细胞中负责缓慢失活。CACNA1S的作用机制是通过形成钙离子通道,调节钙离子的流动,从而控制肌肉收缩。在兴奋-收缩耦联中,CACNA1S与RYR1相互作用,触发肌浆网释放钙离子,最终导致肌肉收缩。CACNA1S基因的突变与多种疾病相关,包括低钾性周期性麻痹、甲状腺毒性周期性麻痹和恶性高热易感性。
