CALCRL

CALCR,即降钙素受体,别名Clr、Ct-r。它位于人类第19号染色体上,编码的蛋白质主要分布在内质网中,也存在于细胞核和细胞膜。CALCR的作用机制是通过与降钙素结合,激活G蛋白偶联受体信号通路,从而调节血钙水平,抑制骨吸收,并增加肾脏对钙的排泄。此外,CALCR在大脑中的表达表明它可能在中枢神经系统中也有特定功能,如增强垂体前叶激素的分泌、抑制食欲和胃酸分泌,以及可能与痛觉调节或自闭症的发病机制有关。CALCR在骨骼健康和骨疾病中扮演着重要角色,其基因突变与骨质疏松症有关,且在多种肿瘤中存在表达量的异常。
