CCL1
CCL1，即C-C基序趋化因子配体1，别名I-309、P500、SCYA1、SISe、TCA3。CCL1是一种小糖蛋白，属于CC趋化因子家族，分子量约为15-16 kDa。它由活化的单核细胞、巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞和内皮细胞分泌，对单核细胞具有趋化性，但对中性粒细胞无趋化作用。CCL1通过与细胞表面趋化因子受体CCR8相互作用，激活钙离子流入，刺激单核细胞中细胞质游离钙浓度的短暂增加，并通过RAS/MAPK途径抑制胸腺细胞系的细胞凋亡。CCL1通过白细胞募集参与炎症过程，并在血管生成、病毒感染以及肿瘤发生等过程中发挥关键作用。CCL1基因中的一些单核苷酸多态性（SNP）与慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）的进展有关，CCL1在多种中枢神经系统功能和疾病中发挥作用，与神经炎症障碍疾病相关。
