CCL21
CCL21，即C-C基序趋化因子配体21，别名ECL、SLC、CKb9、TCA4、SCYA21。CCL21是一种小分子细胞因子，属于CC亚家族的趋化因子，主要在淋巴管起始处和淋巴器官中组成型表达，存在于几种基质细胞和高内皮小静脉（HEV）上，可以与糖胺聚糖（GAG）结合并固定在内皮细胞表面。CCL21通过与趋化因子受体CCR7和CXCR3结合，发挥其生物学功能。CCL21对胸腺细胞和活化的T细胞具有体外趋化作用，但对B细胞、巨噬细胞或中性粒细胞没有趋化作用。CCL21也是一种有效的T细胞迁移和粘附刺激物，可以促进T细胞向次级淋巴器官的迁移，对淋巴细胞归巢至二级淋巴器官中发挥作用，具有重要的免疫调节作用。
