CCL23

CCL23,即趋化因子配体23,别名MIP-3、MPIF-1。它主要来源于肺、肝和胰腺等组织中的巨噬细胞及树突状细胞。通过与其特异性受体CCR1结合,CCL23能够激活并趋化单核细胞、巨噬细胞及T淋巴细胞向炎症或损伤部位迁移,从而在免疫应答和炎症反应中发挥重要作用。其生物学意义广泛,涉及自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤等多种病理过程,是免疫调节和疾病发生发展的关键因子之一。
