CD52
CD52，即分化簇52，别名Campath-1、HE5。它是由CD52基因编码的糖蛋白，广泛表达于免疫细胞的细胞表面，例如成熟的淋巴细胞、天然杀伤细胞（NK）、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞/巨噬细胞和树突状细胞（DC）。CD52是一个锚定在糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）上的12个氨基酸的糖蛋白，其功能可能与抗粘连有关，允许细胞自由移动。在作用机制上，CD52通过其细胞表面分子的连接可为T细胞活化和增殖提供共刺激信号，同时，可溶性CD52分子与抑制唾液酸结合的免疫球蛋白样凝集素10（Siglec-10）相互作用，从而显著抑制T细胞的增殖和活化。CD52在调节免疫反应中起着重要作用，尤其是在T细胞的激活和自身免疫性疾病的发展中。
