CDCP1
CDCP1，CUB结构域包含蛋白１，别名CD318、UNQ2486、PRO5773，由人类CDCP1基因编码。CDCP1是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白，主要位于细胞表面，并参与多个肿瘤发生和转移的关键信号通路，包括SRC/PKCd、PI3K/AKT、WNT和RAS/ERK轴、氧化戊糖磷酸途径和脂肪酸氧化等，对癌细胞生存、生长、转移以及治疗的耐药性有重要意义。CDCP1的作用机制涉及与多种癌症相关蛋白的相互作用，并在肿瘤标志物和潜在的治疗靶点中发挥作用。CDCP1在多种恶性肿瘤中过表达，包括呼吸肿瘤、消化系统癌症、血液学恶性肿瘤和泌尿生殖系统癌症，与肿瘤的预后和药物抗性相关，被认为是一个有前景的治疗靶点和新的诊断生物标志物。
