CEACAM6
CEACAM6，即癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子6，别名NCA、CEAL、CD66c、NCA-50/90。CEACAM6由人类CEACAM6基因编码，该基因位于19号染色体上。CEACAM6是一种免疫球蛋白超家族蛋白，主要在上皮表面和髓系细胞表达，通过抑制凋亡、促进药物抗性和促进癌细胞侵袭及转移，在癌症进展中发挥重要作用。其作用机制涉及调节上皮间质转化（EMT）、肿瘤侵袭和转移，以及通过影响Src/PI3K/Akt信号通路参与肿瘤细胞的黏附和抗药性。CEACAM6在多种癌症中的过表达与预后不良相关，包括肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌和肝细胞癌，是一个有前景的癌症标志物和治疗靶点。
