CXCL12
CXCL12，即趋化因子配体12，别名Thymic lymphoma cell-stimulating factor、Tlsf、TLSF-a、TLSF-b、Tlsfa、Tlsfb、TPAR1。它是一种在多种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用的小分子细胞因子，由多种细胞类型分泌，尤其在胚胎发育、造血、血管生成和炎症等过程中。CXCL12的作用机制主要是通过与其高亲和力受体CXCR4结合，激活下游信号传导途径，如通过Gαi蛋白激活PI3K/AKT和ERK/MAPK等信号通路，从而影响细胞的增殖、迁移和存活。CXCL12不仅参与了细胞的趋化作用，还与肿瘤的发生、发展和预后密切相关。在肿瘤中，CXCL12/CXCR4信号通路通过促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、运动、黏附、侵袭、转移和分泌等，影响肿瘤的发展。此外，CXCL12/CXCR4信号通路还在缺血性脑卒中中发挥作用，通过动员内皮祖细胞参与修复血管内皮和神经损伤，促进脑功能恢复以及改善生存质量。因此，CXCL12是细胞生物学和疾病研究中的一个重要分子靶点。
