DIABLO

DIABLO,即细胞凋亡诱导因子SMAC模拟蛋白,别名DBOH、DFNA64、SMAC3,由DIABLO基因编码。它是一种位于线粒体间隙的蛋白质,在细胞应激反应中发挥作用。DIABLO的作用机制是通过模拟SMAC蛋白的功能,促进细胞凋亡,抑制IAPs(凋亡抑制蛋白)的活性,从而推动细胞程序性死亡。DIABLO在细胞对氧化应激、DNA损伤和其他形式的细胞压力的响应中具有重要作用。生物学意义上,DIABLO参与调控细胞生存与死亡的平衡,其异常表达与多种疾病有关,包括癌症、神经退行性疾病等,是细胞凋亡研究和相关疾病治疗中的潜在靶点。
