DRD2

DRD2,即多巴胺受体D2,别名D(2 dopamine receptor、Dopamine D2 receptor。它是一种G蛋白偶联受体,由人体细胞自身的DRD2基因编码,主要在大脑中表达,尤其在基底神经节等区域。DRD2的作用机制主要是通过与多巴胺等配体结合,通过G蛋白抑制腺苷酸环化酶的活性,进而影响细胞内的cAMP水平和蛋白激酶A(PKA)的活性,参与调节多种生理过程。DRD2参与调节运动控制、认知功能、情绪反应等多种生理过程。DRD2的活性也与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关,如帕金森病、精神分裂症、Tourette综合症、药物成瘾等。此外,DRD2是多种药物作用的靶点,包括抗精神病药物和一些治疗帕金森病的药物。研究表明,DRD2的某些突变可能与肌张力障碍相关 。
