DUSP2
DUSP2，即双特异性磷酸酶2，别名PAC1、PAC-1，是一种由人类基因DUSP2编码的蛋白质，属于双特异性磷酸酶亚家族成员。DUSP2蛋白主要在造血组织中表达，并定位于细胞核。
DUSP2的作用机制是通过去磷酸化靶激酶上的磷酸丝氨酸/苏氨酸和磷酸酪氨酸残基，从而负向调节与细胞增殖和分化相关的丝裂原活化蛋白（MAP）激酶超家族成员，如MAPK/ERK、SAPK/JNK、p38。DUSP2对ERK1和ERK2的活性具有抑制作用。
DUSP2参与调控免疫反应、炎症反应以及癌症进展，与多种疾病相关，包括血液癌症和2型糖尿病。DUSP2的功能丧失在某些癌症中预示着不良预后，并且在调控TH17细胞分化中起重要作用，影响自身免疫疾病的发生发展。
