FCGR1A
FCGR1A全称为高亲和力免疫球蛋白γ Fc受体I（FcγRI），又名CD64，是免疫系统中重要的调控分子。FCGR1A主要表达于单核细胞、巨噬细胞等髓系细胞表面，通过与IgG抗体的Fc段结合，触发吞噬、炎症因子释放等免疫应答，在抗感染和清除病原体中起关键作用。FcγRI的异常活化与类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫疾病密切相关，其过度激活可能导致组织损伤。在感染领域，该受体参与脓毒症等重症炎症反应的发展过程。近年来针对FcγRI的药物开发聚焦于单克隆抗体和小分子抑制剂，已有候选药物进入I期临床试验，用于治疗慢性荨麻疹和特应性皮炎。部分研究尝试通过阻断FcγRI信号减轻自身免疫反应，同时探索其与PD-1抑制剂联用增强肿瘤免疫治疗效果的可能性。
