GPR158

GPR158,即G蛋白偶联受体158,别名mGlyR。这是一种在大脑中高度表达的受体,属于孤儿G蛋白偶联受体家族。GPR158的作用机制独特,它通过与甘氨酸结合,激活RGS蛋白(Regulators of G protein signaling),从而抑制G蛋白信号传导,而不是像大多数GPCR那样激活G蛋白。这种抑制作用是通过调节第二信使的平衡来控制神经元活动,对大脑生理学产生显著影响。GPR158的异常表达与多种疾病相关,包括抑郁症、阿尔茨海默病、青光眼和胶质瘤等。GPR158的激活可以增强RGS蛋白的活性,这两种蛋白质共同作用以调节第二信使的体内平衡。GPR158是抗抑郁药开发的潜在新靶点。

Immunofluorescence staining of U251 cells with CSB-PA735975LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
