GPX4

GPX4的中文全称为谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4,也被称为磷脂过氧化氢谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(PHGPx)。它主要来源于生物体内,是含硒GPX家族的第四位成员。GPX4的作用机制在于利用其催化活性,削弱脂质过氧化物的毒性,从而维持膜脂质双分子层的稳态,防止细胞发生铁死亡。在生物学上,GPX4作为铁死亡的关键调控因子,对于细胞的存活和稳态具有重要意义。此外,GPX4在肿瘤组织中的表达水平明显升高,可能作为癌基因参与肿瘤的发生和发展,同时也是癌症免疫治疗的新调控因子,具有潜在的治疗价值。

IHC image of CSB-RA188594A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
