HCRTR1

HCRTR1,即下丘脑神经肽orexin受体1,别名Ox1-R。摄食行为、睡眠-觉醒周期、应激反应等多种生理功能相关。HCRTR1的作用机制是通过与下丘脑神经肽orexin A的结合,激活G蛋白偶联的信号传导途径,影响下游的细胞内信号级联反应。HCRTR1在调节睡眠、觉醒、能量代谢以及对应激的响应等方面发挥重要作用。此外,HCRTR1的功能异常与多种疾病相关,包括失眠、嗜睡症、肥胖等,因此它也是药物开发中的潜在靶点。
