IL15RA
IL15RA，即白细胞介素15受体α，别名CD215、IL 15R alpha、IL-15 receptor subunit alpha。它是一种由IL15RA基因编码的蛋白质，属于I型细胞因子受体家族成员，主要在多种免疫细胞表面表达，如T细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、自然杀伤T细胞(NKT)、树突细胞和单核细胞等。IL15RA的作用机制主要是通过与IL-15结合，形成异源二聚体与IL-2/IL-15Rβ-γc受体复合体，进而激活JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT、mTOR等下游信号通路，促进免疫细胞的存活、增殖和分化。IL15RA参与调节免疫细胞的发育、功能和稳态。IL15RA的表达对于NK细胞、NKT细胞和记忆性CD8+ T细胞的存活和功能至关重要。此外，IL15RA还参与调控炎症反应和抗肿瘤免疫，其异常表达或功能失调与某些疾病有关，包括某些类型的癌症和自身免疫性疾病。因此，IL15RA是免疫学研究和相关疾病治疗中的一个潜在靶点。
