IL3RA

IL3RA,即白细胞介素3受体亚单位α,别名CD123。它主要来源于骨髓中的造血干细胞,特别是在活化的T细胞和NK细胞中表达较高。IL3RA的作用机制是通过与IL-3结合,进而与IL-3受体β链(CD131)结合,形成高亲和力的受体复合体,激活与受体相关的Janus激酶(JAKs),尤其是JAK2,进而激活信号转导和激活转录因子(STAT5),引发细胞内信号传导。IL3RA对多种造血细胞的增殖和分化的调控作用,包括粒细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和肥大细胞等。IL3RA在多种血液系统恶性肿瘤中表达,也是免疫治疗和靶向治疗的潜在靶点。
