KIR2DL1

KIR2DL1是杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体家族的重要成员,全称为杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体2DL1,也被称作CD158a。KIR2DL1主要表达于自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)表面,通过识别特定的人类白细胞抗原(HLA-C2亚型),向NK细胞传递抑制性信号,维持机体对健康细胞的免疫耐受。当靶细胞表面HLA-I类分子表达异常时,KIR2DL1的抑制作用减弱,NK细胞可被激活并杀伤靶细胞,这一机制在抗病毒感染和肿瘤免疫监视中起关键作用。KIR2DL1基因多态性与白血病、艾滋病病程进展及妊娠期子痫前期等疾病密切相关。针对该受体的免疫疗法成为研究热点,例如通过单克隆抗体阻断KIR2DL1与其配体结合,解除NK细胞活性抑制,已在多发性骨髓瘤和急性髓系白血病的临床试验中显示出治疗潜力。部分药物如IPH2101已完成II期试验,为肿瘤免疫治疗提供了新策略。

IHC image of CSB-RA012352MA1HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human lung tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-human polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
