MASP1
MASP1，即甘露聚糖结合凝集素相关丝氨酸蛋白酶1，别名MAP1、MBL associated serine protease 1等。它来源于人类的3号染色体，是一种血清中的糖蛋白，在先天免疫中通过凝集素途径激活补体系统。MASP1的作用机制包括与甘露糖结合凝集素结合，形成复合物，通过裂解C4和C2产生C3转化酶，激活补体系统，参与病原体的清除。此外，MASP1还能直接裂解C3产生C3b，参与补体旁路途径的激活。MASP1在天然免疫中发挥重要作用，参与病原体识别和免疫应答，同时在肝纤维化、肿瘤发生发展等病理过程中也有重要作用。
