MMP14
MMP14，即基质金属蛋白酶14，别名MT1-MMP。它由人类MMP14基因编码，位于染色体12上。MMP14是一种膜型基质金属蛋白酶，主要在细胞表面发挥作用，通过其催化活性区含有的锌离子结合位点，对酶催化作用的发挥至关重要。MMP14的作用机制包括激活其他MMPs（如MMP2），参与细胞外基质的重塑，影响肿瘤的侵袭和转移。MMP14参与组织发育、生殖、组织重塑等正常生理过程，同时在疾病过程中如关节炎、肿瘤转移中发挥作用。MMP14的表达水平在多种肿瘤中上调，与肿瘤的预后密切相关，如在胰腺癌、肝癌等肿瘤中高表达与不良预后相关。此外，MMP14还参与调节免疫反应和炎症过程。
