MT1A
金属硫蛋白1A（Metallothionein 1A，简称MT1A）是一类广泛存在于人体组织的小分子蛋白，因其富含半胱氨酸残基也被称作"金属结合卫士"。MT1A通过螯合锌、铜等必需金属离子，维持细胞内环境稳定，同时能高效中和重金属毒性物质如镉和汞，在肝脏解毒过程中发挥核心作用。其抗氧化特性对抵御自由基损伤、延缓细胞衰老具有重要价值。
MT1A表达异常与多种病理状态相关。在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病中，患者脑部MT1A水平显著下降，提示其可能参与神经保护过程。肝癌、乳腺癌等恶性肿瘤组织常出现该蛋白的异常高表达，可能与肿瘤细胞抵抗化疗药物及适应缺氧微环境有关。近年针对MT1A的调控策略逐渐受到关注，包括利用其作为重金属中毒的生物标志物，开发基于金属硫蛋白结构的仿生解毒剂，以及探索通过表观遗传手段调节其表达来增强抗癌疗效。天然产物如姜黄素已被证实可诱导MT1A生成，为抗氧化治疗提供了新思路。
