NTRK2

NTRK2全称为神经营养酪氨酸激酶受体2型(Neurotrophic Tyrosine Kinase Receptor Type 2),常简称为TrkB或GP145-TrkB。NTRK2是脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的主要受体,通过与配体结合激活下游信号网络,调控神经元存活、突触可塑性和神经递质释放,对学习记忆、情绪调节等脑功能至关重要。NTRK2信号异常与阿尔茨海默病、抑郁症、癫痫等神经系统疾病密切相关,其过度激活也可能导致神经母细胞瘤、肺癌等实体瘤的发生。近年来针对NTRK基因家族融合突变的靶向治疗取得突破,拉罗替尼(Larotrectinib)和恩曲替尼(Entrectinib)等泛TRK抑制剂已获批用于NTRK融合阳性的实体瘤患者,但部分患者用药后出现的激酶区耐药突变仍是临床挑战。目前第二代TRK抑制剂如Selitrectinib正在研发中,旨在克服获得性耐药问题。

The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4C. The secondary antibody was FITC-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).
