P2RX7
P2RX7全称为嘌呤能受体P2X配体门控离子通道7，也被称为P2X7受体或P2X7R。P2RX7广泛分布于免疫细胞、神经胶质细胞等组织，其功能与细胞外三磷酸腺苷（ATP）浓度变化密切相关。当ATP与受体结合后，会触发离子通道开放，介导钾离子外流及钙离子内流，进而激活下游炎症反应通路。这种特性使其在NLRP3炎症小体激活、细胞焦亡等病理过程中发挥关键作用，并与细胞增殖、凋亡调控存在复杂关联。
P2RX7异常表达与多种疾病密切相关，包括类风湿性关节炎、克罗恩病等自身免疫性疾病，阿尔茨海默病、多发性硬化等神经系统病变，以及乳腺癌、黑色素瘤等恶性肿瘤的进展。近年来针对该受体的药物开发取得突破，如选择性拮抗剂JNJ-54175446已完成银屑病二期临床试验，AZD9056在慢性咳嗽治疗中显示出潜力。基于P2RX7的激活特性，科研人员正在探索其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的增效作用，为精准医疗提供新方向。

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA859103LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
