SFTPC

SFTPC，即肺表面活性蛋白C，别名SFTP2、SP5、SPC。它是一种在肺泡表面活性层中发现的蛋白质，对于维持肺泡的稳定至关重要。SFTPC通过降低肺泡气液界面的表面张力，防止呼气末肺泡塌陷，同时具有先天性免疫功能，有助于控制炎症和预防肺部感染。SFTPC基因位于染色体8p21，编码的前体蛋白（proSP-C）在肺泡表面活性物质的合成与分泌过程中经过加工成为成熟SP-C肽。SFTPC的异常表达与多种肺部疾病相关，包括肺表面活性物质代谢功能障碍2型（SMDP2）、特发性肺纤维化（IPF）以及新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征（NRDS）等。SFTPC蛋白的生物学意义在于其在肺泡稳态、肺损伤后的修复再生以及肺部免疫防御中的关键作用。
