SFTPD
SFTPD，即肺表面活性蛋白D，别名SP-D、COLEC7。它是一种重要的免疫调节蛋白，属于胶原凝集素家族成员，主要在肺泡衬细胞和与管状结构相关的上皮细胞中组成性分泌，同时也在心脏平滑肌和内皮细胞中诱导表达。SFTPD在血清、血浆、支气管肺泡灌洗液和羊水中均有存在。其作用机制涉及结合中性粒细胞防御素，调节抗病毒防御，以及参与机体防御和先天性免疫。SFTPD通过识别和结合多种病原体，促进病原体的吞噬作用，同时调节炎症反应，维持肺部稳态。SFTPD在防御肺部感染、调节免疫反应以及肺泡稳态中发挥着重要作用，其异常表达与多种肺部疾病的发生发展相关，包括哮喘、肺疾病（多种）、呼吸道合胞体病毒感染性疾病和鼻炎等。
