SLC7A11
SLC7A11，即溶质载体家族7成员11，别名xCT、CCBR1。SLC7A11编码的蛋白质是胱氨酸/谷氨酸反向转运体（SystemXc-）的关键组成部分，主要负责将细胞外的胱氨酸运输进细胞，以换取谷氨酸。这一过程对于维持细胞内谷胱甘肽（GSH）水平和保护细胞免受氧化应激诱导的细胞死亡至关重要。
SLC7A11不仅与细胞的营养依赖性和氧化应激反应有关，也是肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。SLC7A11在多种肿瘤中高表达，并与肿瘤的生长、预后、转移与治疗密切相关。SLC7A11的高表达增加了肿瘤细胞对氧化应激刺激的敏感性，并且可能通过抑制铁死亡来促进肿瘤生长。
