SLC7A5
SLC7A5全称为溶质载体家族7成员5（Solute Carrier Family 7 Member 5），也被称为L型氨基酸转运蛋白1（LAT1）或CD98轻链。SLC7A5主要通过与SLC3A2（CD98重链）结合形成异源二聚体，负责转运细胞必需的中性氨基酸如亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸等，其活性与细胞增殖、代谢调控密切相关。LAT1在多种恶性肿瘤中异常高表达，通过激活mTORC1信号网络促进肿瘤生长、侵袭及化疗耐药，尤其在胶质瘤、乳腺癌和结直肠癌中成为预后不良的标志物。近年来针对LAT1的小分子抑制剂开发进展显著，例如JPH203已在肝癌和胰腺癌模型中显示抗肿瘤效果，KYT-0353等候选药物也进入临床前研究阶段。SLC7A5与血脑屏障的氨基酸运输功能关联，其异常表达还可能参与神经系统疾病如癫痫的病理过程。
