SLIT2

SLIT2，即分泌型裂隙蛋白2，别名Slit homolog 2 (Drosophila)。它是一种在生物体内广泛表达的细胞信号转导分子，属于Slit家族成员之一，与Robo家族受体相互作用，在神经发育、血管生成、器官及组织发育以及干细胞的增殖调节等过程中发挥作用。SLIT2的作用机制涉及与其经典受体ROBO家族（ROBO1-4）结合，发挥调控细胞迁移及增殖等多项机能。SLIT2不仅在神经系统发育中起到精确引导轴突生长和神经元迁移的作用，还在肿瘤进程中发挥着作用，如在胰腺导管腺癌的肝转移中，SLIT2-ROBO1信号轴促进了肿瘤细胞在肝脏的定植和生长。此外，SLIT2的表达水平在不同的癌症组织中与癌症进展相关，其在肿瘤微环境中的作用机制是当前研究的热点之一。
