TRPV1
TRPV1，即瞬时受体电位香草醛亚家族1，别名VR1。它是一种配体门控的非选择性阳离子通道，属于瞬时受体电位通道家族。TRPV1主要分布在神经系统，尤其在伤害性感受神经元中，同时也在非神经细胞如肥大细胞、膀胱上皮细胞、单核细胞等中广泛分布。其作用机制涉及多种物理和化学刺激的响应，如热（>43℃）、质子（pH<6.0）、机械力、渗透压以及内源性配体和外源性配体（如辣椒素）。
TRPV1介导瘙痒和疼痛反应，参与糖尿病、呼吸疾病、心血管疾病、消化系统和皮肤系统的疾病进程。TRPV1在肿瘤细胞中表达上调，可抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移，诱导细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡，因此在抗癌研究中具有潜在的治疗效果。目前，TRPV1已成为药物研发的重要靶点，针对TRPV1的新药物已开发用于改善糖尿病、心血管疾病和某些类型的癌症。
