USP33
USP33，即泛素特异性蛋白酶33，别名Ubiquitin-specificproteases33。它是由人类基因组中的USP33基因编码的蛋白酶，属于去泛素化酶家族的重要成员。USP33在细胞内主要通过对底物蛋白的去泛素化来阻止蛋白酶体降解，进而调节细胞内多种生命活动，包括信号通路、自噬、中心体扩增以及肿瘤发生发展。其作用机制涉及与特定蛋白质相互作用，通过去除泛素链来调节这些蛋白质的稳定性和活性，如通过deubiquitinationofthecentriolarproteinCP110调节中心体生物合成。USP33在维持细胞内蛋白稳态、细胞周期调控、基因组稳定性以及肿瘤发生中发挥重要作用。USP33的异常表达与多种疾病相关，尤其是在肿瘤的预防、治疗及预后中可能提供新的治疗方向。
